Application Privacy Notice

KYMPAY collects the information you provide to review a merchant-services, Clover equipment or field-partner application, communicate updates, prevent misuse and support onboarding.

What we collect

For merchant requests we collect business identity, location, estimated card volume, selected equipment, and the applicant’s name, role, email and phone number. For partner applicants we collect contact details, territory, availability, languages, relevant experience and the written fit response. We do not collect bank credentials, government identification numbers or identity documents in these public forms.

How information is used and shared

Information may be used by KYMPAY and disclosed only to service providers involved in hosting, fraud prevention, application review, merchant onboarding, processing or equipment fulfilment where required. Information is not sold for unrelated advertising.

Safeguards and retention

KYMPAY uses administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Application information is retained only as long as reasonably required for the purposes above and applicable legal or business requirements.

Your choices

You may decline optional email updates or a tracking account. You may request access to or correction of your information, or ask privacy questions, through your KYMPAY representative or Merchant Care contact.

Important

Submitting the initial form is not merchant-account approval and does not create a processing agreement. Additional disclosures and information may be requested through a secure onboarding process before approval.
